IT Link France celebrates 5 years of Salary Rounding with MicroDon

Since 2021, IT Link has been writing a story of solidarity alongside MicroDon. Through the Salary Rounding program, the company and its employees prove that technological innovation and social impact can advance hand in hand.

To mark the 5th anniversary of this initiative, we are looking back on how far we have come and the mobilization of our teams who, gesture after gesture, contribute to building a more sustainable future.

A collective approach: there is strength in numbers

The principle of Rounding on Salary is based on a simple conviction: small streams make big rivers. Each month, Linkers have the freedom to donate pennies from their salary or a fixed amount to causes they care about.

To support this outpouring of generosity and amplify its impact, IT Link has chosen a 100% matching policy. In other words, for each euro paid by an employee, the company also pays one euro, thus maximizing the financial support provided to associations.

A mobilization that is bearing fruit

The results of these five years attest to the consistency of this commitment. In total, €39,246.34 was collected and donated.

Beyond the figures, it is a collective pride to have been able to transform these donations into tangible actions for three associations selected by our Linkers:

  • CFK Africa (since 2021): Valuable help in Kenya to develop health services and support the education of young girls in precarious urban areas.
  • Telemachus (supported until 2024): Support for French youth through mentoring, promoting equal opportunities and academic success.
  • Blue Ventures (new partner 2025): Direct action for the planet, aimed at restoring the oceans while involving local communities in marine conservation.

A reflection of our DNA

This program is much more than a CSR system: it illustrates the state of mind that reigns at IT Link.

It demonstrates our desire to offer a work environment where everyone can, at their own level, be an actor of change. The possibility of choosing beneficiary associations, the transparency of payments and the total freedom left to everyone (anonymous donation, unconditionally changeable) are strong markers of our culture.

In 2026, we will continue to promote these values of mutual aid and responsibility, convinced that professional development also requires the pride of participating, together, in causes that exceed us.
