Access to the site www.itlink.fr (the “Site”) is free and open to all types of public. Use of the Site implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below.
The objective of the Site is to present the activities of the company IT LINK and its subsidiaries.
IT LINK is committed to implementing the necessary means to ensure the security of the elements and information appearing on the Site.

For what purposes is personal data collected?
CONTACT: In this section, the following are requested: the name, first name and email address of the User. This information is used to answer and deal with questions and comments. It is specified that the provision of the email is necessary to receive a response from the internal service of the data controller, and is entirely optional.
NEWSLETTER: In this section, the following are requested: the name, first name and email address of the User. This information is used in order to be able to communicate the latest information from the IT Link Group at the request of the User.
MARKETING AND COMMERCE: in this section, in addition to the name, first name and email address of the user, additional information such as the name of his company, his telephone number or the position he/she occupies may be requested. This information is used for commercial purposes, loyalty actions or personalized commercial prospecting and the sending of personalized advertising offers;
INFORMATION COLLECTED BY AUTOMATED MEANS : this includes the URL of the links through which the User accessed the Site, his access provider, the operating system of his computer as well as his browser software, his internet protocol (IP) address, the date and time of visits to the Site, the date and time of visits to the Site and the pages consulted. The purpose of collecting this information is to guarantee the security of the Site and to understand the User's navigation on the Site in a non-personalized manner.

Data retention period
The storage of the data collected is limited to a reasonable and proportionate period of time, depending on the purpose of the processing in question:
CONTACT : the time to process the request.
MARKETING AND COMMERCE : 36 months following the last exchange between IT LINK and the User.
WEBSITE SECURITY : user data from completed forms are kept for one (1) year.
NAVIGATION DATA : they are kept for up to 13 months.
RGPD rights
