IT Link and SNCF Voyageurs win the 2022 Safety Trophies

SuRTE (Train Escale Rapid Emergency System) is an alerting solution for agents in stations and on board trains.

Developed by IT Link in partnership with the SNCF Security Department, it integrates an advanced mobile application capable of providing accurate geolocation (outdoor and indoor), a high-availability infrastructure and a supervision center interfaced with the SNCF Security Department's information system, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.

Implemented in 2017, this solution has evolved to cover nearly 20,000 SNCF agents today.
