This certification follows an in-depth audit of the company's managerial and cultural practices. It is based on a satisfaction survey sent to all Group employees. Five major aspects of life in the company are evaluated: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and conviviality.
The aspects most popular with Group employees are the good working atmosphere, the accessible and attentive nature of management, as well as the advantages and numerous events offered. Thus, 78% of the 348 employees responding affirm that IT Link is a company where it is really good to work.
