Safety while on the move is a most critical issue. When developing our Astao solution, we based ourselves on the needs and constraints of a rail transport operator who wanted to equip its agents with a mobile alerting solution. On board trains, as in stations, this mobile application had to be able to trigger an alert from anywhere and anytime, with a high level of reliability.
ASTAO Mobile is a solution for launching and processing alerts to protect isolated agents in the field, or sensitive infrastructures.
Simple to deploy and manage centrally, it provides a set of communication and interaction services to respond to an emergency situation.
An agent in trouble in the field can trigger an alert in one move. The supervision teams immediately have the information necessary for the intervention (geolocation, situation of the agent, nearby teams, etc.). They can analyze the situation using the stealth voice channel automatically set up with the agent, and refine the removal of doubts using multimedia elements.
Thanks to numerous secure integration points, ASTAO interfaces with the various “business” systems to optimize the intervention process.
